An automatic defragmentation process has been scheduled to occur once a week every Saturday starting at 4:00 AM and every Sunday starting at 4:00 AM. A log file is generated for each drive process. The Operating System has been separated from the E-Commerce data files by creating a RAID 5 with a hot spare then partitioning the drive into two separate drives. (C and E). Each log file can be viewed by clicking on the respective link.

The Central Error Log is a tool used to monitor and diagnose all website activity. It is a collection of all processes across all catalogs.

Each catalog has its own internal logging and status. The status file shows whether the catalog is up or not. It will show Online if the catalog is functioning properly. If the catalog shows Offline then the log file is available. Click on the drop down to choose a catalog then choose an option and click on the View button. A separate new window will open with your selection.
