Official Rules:

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.

To be eligible you must be an employee of Energizer in the United States. 

You may enter as many times as you like, with a maximum of once per day. The Drawing will take place on Monday, August 9th 2004.All entries must be submitted by Sunday, August 8th 2004, Midnight Central Time.  Winner will be notified by 5pm, Central Time on Tuesday, August 10th 2004.  The prize winner, whose name will be randomly selected, will be notified by e-mail or phone.

Winner of drawing will receive an Energizer® Gift Basket and will receive the prize within two weeks of address notification.  The prize winner will be listed on the EOL website http://www.quikey-c.com/eng1  Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to the Sponsor and its agencies to use winner’s name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and promotion without notice or compensation, as permitted by law.

General Rules:

This drawing is open to all U.S. employees of Energizer Holdings, Inc. (“Sponsor”) and its wholly owned US subsidiaries. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted, except at Sponsor’s Discretion.  All federal, state and local laws apply; taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of winners.  By participating in this incentive, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules.  By accepting a prize, winner agrees to release and hold Sponsor harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind resulting from acceptance, possession or use of prize, including without limitation, personal injuries, death and property damage.
