*Orders will be available for shipment according to the following schedule:
  Orders received by November 2nd will be available for shipment on November 13th.
  Orders received by November 16th will be available for shipment on November 30th.
  Orders received by November 30th will be available for shipment on December 11th.
  Orders received by December 9th will be available for shipment on December 21st*
*air shipment must be authorized to insure delivery before Christmas.
