Program Management
After CMG has been awarded a program, the Program Management team coordinates the launch and maintenance of the program between Account Management, Merchandising, Creative Services, Customer Service Representatives, Production Staff and Fulfillment. Our goal is to gather information to identify the expectations of each group. Topics would include:
1. Define client organization.
2. Identify key target audiences and user groups.
3. Establish general reporting needs: standard and custom.
4. Intranet and/or Internet development process.
5. Determine merchandise categories (price point, quality, etc.).
Once the above items have been addressed CMG uses a Program Management discipline that includes both an Action Plan and Required Action Timeline (RAT) to keep both CMG and the customer aware and on track of key date/milestone progress.
