Program Manager
Chamberlain Marketing Group seeks energetic, self-motivated individual to fill the role of Program Manager, who will help manage our corporate identity programs. Responsibilities for the position include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Work with Sales Representatives to develop, implement and launch new Corporate Identity Programs, as well as grow and support current programs.
- Merchandise Collections for Corporate Identity Programs and facilitate the sample process, including logo designation and placement.
- Work with outside vendors to coordinate marketing projects for catalogs, web promotions and sales promotions.
- Work with suppliers to secure pricing, build out price spreadsheets for approval, build items into our ERP system and launch product onto customers e-stores.
- Manage product lifecycle for Corporate Identity Programs for our web-based programs including: addition of new items, removal of discontinued items, price changes, descriptions changes/copywriting, etc.
- Manage and communicate changes to existing programs, new programs and marketing initiatives to internal staff.
- Assist in creation, implementation & maintenance of marketing calendars for Corporate Identity Programs.
- Perform quarterly analysis on Corporate Identity Programs and communicate findings with Sales Representative, client and management that allows them to make informed decisions about item/program performance. Monitor the profitability of programs and/or items during the course of contracts.

MARKETING REPRESENTATIVE
Chamberlain Marketing Group seeks energetic, self-motivated Marketing Representative to work closely with our customers, as well as our internal sales staff, to promote/enhance the sale of our customer's branded products. Experience in a marketing capacity is preferred, demonstrating the ability to enhance sales through marketing techniques. Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills, be well organized and prompt in meeting deadlines. Responsibilities for the position include but are not limited to the following:
- Develop a thorough understanding of our customer's brand image and needs, and use that knowledge to promote existing product ideas and develop new ones.
- Develop creative marketing plans for corporate wide initiatives, with the primary objective of increasing sales.
- Develop distinct, creative marketing plans for our key corporate accounts, with the objective of increasing sales and enhancing the Chamberlain Marketing Group image.
- Develop thorough understanding of existing and new promotional product ideas
- Work with our Sales Representative and/or customers to identify merchandise needs
- Process customer orders/requests in an accurate and timely manner

IT - Systems / Application Specialist
Chamberlain Marketing Group seeks an IT professional, whose primary responsibility will be to work with a newly installed ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) System (Epicor). Training documentation on the ERP system will be provided as well as WebEx recordings. This individual will work closely with our Director of IT and IT/IS Staff, along with individuals from all other departments. On-site presence at our Taylor facility is required, Monday through Friday, during normal business hours. Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to the following:
- Gain a complete understanding of our ERP System
- Assist all internal departments with ERP IT related situations
- Building custom reports
- Creating Business Process Methods per the Dept Managers' Request
- Extracting various data file types from Database for Export
- Maintain user credentials within ERP System (both internal and external customers)
- Work with external clients to gather information they require from our ERP system
Requirements for this position:
- Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server
- Knowledge of .NET Framework
- Microsoft IIS 7 understanding
- Understanding of HTML, JavaScript, Microsoft Visual Studio
- Adobe products such as Photoshop & Illustrator
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Domain Networking
- A quick learner, self motivated individual
Candidate must have minimum of 2 years of IT experience, preferably in a multi-workstation / system environment. SALES ASSISTANT
Chamberlain Marketing Group seeks a Sales Assistant to work closely with our Sales Department, in fulfilling the expanding needs of our corporate clients. Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills, be well organized and prompt in meeting deadlines. Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to the following:
- Working with our Sales Representative and/or customers to determine product needs
- Processing customer orders in an accurate and timely manner
- Sourcing our customers' product requirements with the appropriate suppliers
- Establishing costs with vendors and pricing with customers
- Perform necessary follow-through on customer orders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of product
- Resolve customer requests including: expediting orders, merchandise returns, credits, exchanges, general questions and complaints
- Handle administrative responsibilities to effectively manage customer accounts
- Attend client sales meetings, as necessary
- Must have experience with Excel and PowerPoint
- Must have ability to handle stressful and problem situations in a calm, professional manner
